Bradman, Sir Donald (1908-2001 ), cricketer, b. New South Wales, Australia.

Bradman was one of the greatest batsmen of all time. He played for Australia from 1928-48, being captain from 1936.

Throughout his career, he broke record after record.

In all, he scored 28,067 runs, including 117 centuries. Highest score: 452 not out.
